I am just following up to let you know what helped. I took 12 Cat's Claw and 12 Cellular Detox daily for 7 days and the issue has cleared up. I did not have Paw Paw on hand till the very end and I only took that once. It was definitely swollen lymph nodes and not a cyst.

What is therapeutic?

I am going to answer this question with this scenario. You have blood pressure. You take garlic for 7 days and your blood pressure starts to normalize. This defines therapeutic. The garlic had a beneficial effect for your health without any harmful side effects. It grows in your garden, it has nutritional benefits and your don’t need a prescription to get it.

The medical world would then call garlic medicinal and put it into the drug category as they have done and insist that we pay extra fees to get an NPN # before it can be sold on the market. Yet no grocery story needs an NPN # to sell garlic, or parsley, chives, cilantro and so on. Medicinal is anything that enters the body and alters its structure and function. It is a drug, and it is always toxic, has to be supervised by a doctor. It is a prescription, and it has negative harmful side effects. It has no health benefits. It is a drug, and the liver has to detoxify it.

Samuel Thompson, a wise herbalist considered herbs as an ais to assisting the body’s own natural ability to heal itself. This is a great definition of therapeutic. In the herbal world disease is looked upon as an imbalance in the body due to nutritional deficiency and toxic overload. Disease is a result of the violation , intentional or otherwise of the Laws of Nature. Disease doesn’t just decide to randomly take over your body. Disease happens when the laws of nature that govern it have been upset.

When our body becomes overloaded with poisons sucha as mercury and aluminum from mercury fillings in our teeth or from vaccination shots, , form root canals, for junk foods, glyphosates from Round Up if you are eating grains, then the elimination channels, the bowels , the kidneys , the liver, the lymphatic system can become overloaded and the poisons cannot be effectively eliminated. There is not enough nourishment and the vitality drops, the body temperature drops, and disease sets in. It is at this point that your body miraculously creates a germ or a virus or a parasite to clean up those poisons to allow life to continue. God made this world to be perfect and He thought of everything. These germs or viruses dtheir cleaning job and then go back to rest as minute microzyma as the scientist, Bechamp called them. The Germ Theory is false and always has been. Germs or viruses cannot exist in a body that is full of vitality with a body temperature of 37C.

Yet here we are in 2021 and we are lead to believe that at any moment one of those deadly corona viruses will just come out of nowhere land on you, you poor unlucky soul and kill you! So you better wear a mask, wash your hands in alcohol 50 times a day and then line up to get that vaccine which you have never investigated and which could cause blood clots, anaphylactic shock, strokes, permanent disability, Bell’s Palsy, severe allergic reactions, skin rashes and death! I got this information from Dr Hoffe MD in Lytton, BC. These are all the side effects he witnessed.

Vaccines are in no way therapeutic. As you can see they cause serious side effects.  There is absolutely no beneficial health benefits. As a matter of fact they are totally dangerous.

Another example of therapeutic, When Brent called me to tell me he had a serious infection from an extracted root canal, I recommended high doses of Cat’s Claw and Silver. In about 7 days this infection healed up. This is an example of therapeutic. There were no side effects, The Astragalus in Cat’s Claw also provided essential energy to the adrenal glands and helped to make stem cells so the infection could heal faster.

I recall one lady that came to see me because she had suffered from Shingles. She faithfully took HRP-C about 4 capsules 4 times a day .HRP-C is an excellent Chinese TCM herbal combination for infections and viruses. Then she took  RE-X combination to heal the nerves. Within about 10 days or so the Shingles healed up. This again is a therapeutic program. Now it is important to know that you need to take enough of the herbs and take them long enough for them to be therapeutic.

There is one more factor regarding therapeutic. The herbs you use must be analyzed to ensure the essential nutrients and alkaloids are present in that herb. The herbs must not be sprayed with Round Up that contains glyphosates which by the way causes leaky brain and leaky gut.

Let’s look at the very simple herb known as Alfalfa. In the analysis of Alfalfa it has a high nutritive value of Vit A, B1, B3 niacin, B5 pantothenic acid, B6, B9, B12, C, D, E, K , biotin, amino acids digestive enzymes, and protein, chlorophyll, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium , zinc and trace minerals. With all of these nutrients present as determined through nutritional analysis as done in a natures Sunshine lab Alfalfa it then used for inflammation as in arthritis, gout, blood pressure. It is a  blood purifier and aids digestion, elimination, and is an excellent source of nutrients. This analysis shows Alfalfa to be a high-quality therapeutic herb. On the opposite side of the coin; note there are no nutrients in vaccines, there are no nutrients in drugs.

I recall Dr McLaughlin’s profound story when he was on tour and he stayed at my house. He talked about Paw Paw, the herb he studied for cancer. It grows in the eastern US and it is a tree. It has amazing therapeutic effects if the active alkaloids known as acetogenins are present. It is these alkaloids that assist the body to clean up parasites, fungus, and cancer cells. It causes cancer cell apoptosis which means cancer cell death. Dr McLaughlin explained how one Paw Paw tree’s acetogenins could differ by a thousand times from one tree to another. The branches of one Paw Paw tree could be loaded with acetogenins and the tree next to it would have no acetogenins.

All cancer clients I have worked with took Paw Paw along with super foods and other herbs and they got great results meaning they overcame cancer. My book, Practical Solution to the Cancer Injury, has 60 success stories.

Quality control to ensure the herbs are therapeutic with the essential alkaloids is important.

A few years ago there was a company that was selling an herb labelled, Golden Seal. It looked like Golden Seal, it smelled like Golden Seal, it tasted like Golden Seal but when this herb was analyzed it was found to be Barberry, which does not have the same alkaloids as Golden Seal. Golden Seal is excellent for assisting the body to overcome infection. I used it in high doses to overcome tonsillitis many years ago.

There is another alkaloid known as amphetamines and that one is isolated and called aspirin for pain purposes. This alkaloid known as amphetamines is found in White Willow bark. White Willow bark is in the Magnesium tablets. It has the therapeutic affects of alleviating pain.

Lobelia has lobeline that calms down the nerves and relaxes the muscles and is very effective for asthma and serious congested lung conditions or spasms and spastic colon.

And we can continue this discussion but I have 2 great people waiting to share their experiences in TAFYH. Maybe there are some of you wanting to understand health I suggest you do my TAFYH course. I am organizing TAFYH team 61 to start in about 10 days. 

I have a question for tonight’s conference call.  I have, I think,  a somewhat advanced stage of Candida.  I have had a groin and anal rash for a few months.  The doctor and the specialist are not sure why or from where it is originating, but suspect it is a fungal rash.  The specialist is concerned as he has never had or seen a rash like this on men.  It also always coincides with a overall body itch from head to ankles.  I did the candida test and the saliva sits at the surface for a couple of seconds before drifting down to the bottom of the glass, with some in string formation.  It comes and goes, but I’m thinking it reacts to my sugar, bread and dairy intake, which I have significantly reduced.   I searched Nature’s Sunshine, but could only find the Candida clear and the not the six pack you mention on your site.  It also suggests that Candida clear is for mild cases.

Minimum Candida Program by Lawrence Smith

1 hour before each meal take the 1 pack (2 enzymes) Candida Clear on an empty stomach.

40 minutes later or 20 minutes before the meal take the 6 pack, Candida Combo (yeast killers)

Take 8 “Probiotic 11” before bedtime.

Eat the Candida diet.

Continue the program for at least 6 weeks or 3 boxes of “Candida Clear”.

 Methylation

Your DNA consists of four bases, called cytosine, guanine, adenine, and thymine. A chemical unit called a methyl group, which contains one carbon and three hydrogen atoms, can be added to cytosine. When this happens, that area of the DNA is methylated. Most of the existing research suggests that DNA methylation relies on folate, vitamin B-12, vitamin B-6, and choline, in addition to other vitamins and minerals. Natures Sunshine has a product called Methyl B12 with folate.

Liquid Methyl B-12 Plus is a highly absorbable vitamin B12 supplement with the addition of vitamins B3, B6, B2 and B1 as cofactors. For vitamin B12 to be utilized in the body it must first undergo a complex activation process called methylation, which is compromised in many people today. Methyl B-12 is the bioavailable, pre-activated form of vitamin B12, and therefore is well-absorbed and efficiently utilized by the body.

Why is DNA methylation so important?

DNA methylation inhibits the expression of certain genes or it can activate the expression of a gene.

For example, the methylation process might stop a tumor-causing gene from “turning on,” preventing cancer.

Methylation can activate a  gene expression in the process of repair and this process can turn on a gene or activate an enzyme. Methylation of DNA plays a role in kidney repair and in dysregulation of inflammatory diseases.

When the methyl group is removed, the reaction stops, which turns off a gene or deactivates an enzyme.

In its influence on mental health, the methylation cycle is critical to the metabolism of certain enzymes to promote  synthesis of melatonin,carnitine, and CoQ10.

Methylation occurs in the liver when the body takes harmful substances, including phenols, and

turns them into a less harmful substances during phase two detoxification. This allows for its safe

excretion. Methylation also allows the body to detoxify toxins within the cells, repair damaged

DNA, and create new cells.

1. Hormonal imbalances: PCOS, PMS, fibroids, endometriosis etc.

 Methylation is important for metabolising and detoxifying oestrogen, and so if it is a little slow, it can lead to the symptoms above. Also, if your periods are excessively heavy, you may need more iron, folate and B12 to build new blood.

 2. Infertility (both male and female), history of miscarriage or pregnancy related complications e.g. pre-eclampsia

 Methylation is absolutely crucial to the growth of new tissue, so it is vital for fertility, maintaining a healthy pregnancy and supporting foetal growth. Your need for nutrients, (folic acid from folate in particular) increases exponentially during pregnancy. In addition, if you have experienced any of the problems above, your requirements may be even higher in comparison to a person who hasn’t, therefore diet alone may not be enough.

 3. Cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, poor circulation

 If you’re not methylating properly, you may end up with high levels of homocysteine. Excess homocysteine can lead to inflammation and free radical damage, especially in your blood vessels.

 4. Mood and mental health issues: mood swings, depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD etc.

 Methylation is needed for the production and metabolism of several key mood-modulating neurotransmitters; dopamine, serotonin, noradrenalin, adrenalin. Therefore, if disrupted, it can lead to either low, high, or fluctuating levels, having a negative effect on our mood and stress resilience.

 5. Autoimmune conditions: e.g. multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune thyroid

 Methylation is key to immune regulation and repair. Many studies link high homocysteine and genetic factors affecting methylation, to autoimmune conditions in general.

 6. Memory problems, insomnia, dementia, Alzheimer's disease

Just like high homocysteine can be damaging to our blood vessels, it can have the same effect in the brain by damaging our neurons and causing inflammation. Multiple studies have linked poor methylation to cognitive problems. In order to sleep, we need to produce the sleep hormone – melatonin, from serotonin, and guess what, this process also happens through methylation!

7. Chronic fatigue, ME, low energy

Energy production, healthy thyroid, adrenal and nervous function are all dependant on methylation and a good supply of vitamin B12, B6, folate, zinc and magnesium, all of which get the methylation cycle going.

 8. Allergies and histamine intolerance: eczema, hay fever, headaches, congestion, hives etc.

 Allergies are characterised by an increased production of histamine – a chemical that causes all of the symptoms we associated with allergies: sneezing, itching, runny nose or watery eyes. Excess histamine in the cells is cleared by adding a ‘methyl group’ to it. This makes it inactive and ready to be excreted.

 9. Poor bile production leading to digestive problems, fat malabsorption, and gallbladder issues like gall stones etc.

 Bile is a thick, yellow-green fluid produced by your liver and stored in the gallbladder. It plays a few vital roles. When secreted into the intestines, it has anti-microbial properties, cleansing the bowel and preventing overgrowth of unwelcome bacteria/yeast. It also aids absorption of fats and fat-soluble nutrients (vitamin A, D, E & K), and helps your body excrete toxins and excess cholesterol. You can see how vital it is to our health! However, if your methylation is disrupted, you may not produce enough phosphatidylcholine – a key component of bile.

 10. You have an inflammatory condition e.g. arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)

 Constant inflammation is a big strain on the body in general and it can drain your ‘methyl pool’ – the availability of methylated molecules in the body that are ready to be donated to various essential processes. If that pool is continuously ‘drained’ by inflammation, other essential processes, such as tissue repair or neurotransmitter production can be affected.

Let’s find out if you have a deficiency of the Methyl Pool which is a deficiency of Methyl B 12 with Folate. I will read these symptoms to you. Count using your fingers and if you have 6 of these symptoms you are deficient:

 QUESTIONNAIRE: VITAMIN B12 DEFICIENCY

1. Do you suffer from fatigue, anxiety or weakness?

2. Do you have a swollen or sore tongue?

3. Do you experience tingling or numbness (similar to pins and needles) in your hands and feet?

4. Do you have difficulty concentrating or a poor memory?

5. Do you suffer from stress, irritability or depression?

6. Is your skin usually pale?

7. Is your skin inside your mouth pale?

8. Do you experience dizziness or light-headedness?

9. Do you have brittle nails?

10. Do you have indigestion, gas bloating, diarrhea or constipation?

11. Have you experience unexplained weight loss?

12. Do you have difficulty losing weight?

13. Do you have joint pain, Osteoporosis?  Arthritis?

14. Do you have cold hands and/or feet and low body temperature first thing in the morning?

15. Do you have insomnia or have trouble sleeping?

16. Do you have trouble waking up in the morning?

17. Do you suffer from shortness of breath with minimal exertion?

18. Do you have trouble walking?

19. Do you regularly drink alcohol?

20. Are you a strict vegetarian or vegan?

21. Do you experience frequent or daily headaches?

22. Do you have celiac disease, Chrones Disease, inflammatory bowel disease, or have you ever had gastritis bypass or other stomach or intestinal surgery?

23. Are you taking metformin?

24. Do you have skin redness, dryness, acne, psoriasis, eczema?

25. Do you have adrenal exhaustion or thyroid issues, hormonal imbalance?

26. Do you have frequent viral or bacterial infection?

If you have more than 6 of the symptoms above, you have a Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Vitamin B12 deficiency indicates a decreased production of red blood cells.

Red blood cells deliver oxygen to all the cells and tissues in the body.

Red blood cells increase metabolism, blood circulation and body temperature.

Ahha’s: Ahha moments are the best. Antoine Bechamp 1890’s researcher, biologist. A deficiency of mineral elements allows morbid waste matter to accumulate. The atmosphere we breathe normally is full of positive and negative ions. The creative center of your brain is your frontal lobe and now with this visual blueprint in mind, you switch your brain into action. Calmness in your self-directedness is your strength. Focused thought is your mastery. Taking responsible action is your power. Success is your destiny. And this you must know. It is the law. Your brain rebuilds itself in 1 year. Scientific research is now giving us yet another reason to reconsider the merits of our daily bread. The most important part of herbology is the combination of herbs that complement each other so they can synergistically be used for the healing and tightening and toning of specific organs and glands. Dr. Linus Pauling, Father of Vitamin C, 1970’s, “You can trace every disease ailment to a mineral deficiency.” Oxidation is the key to healthy cells. Note that there will never be a cure for the cold because the cold is the cure in and of itself. Every element in the Chinese Constitution is related to emotions; a positive emotion and a negative emotion.

Time: The evening class worked out great. I wasn’t sure when I signed up. I liked having it at the end of a day. Also, loved that it started exactly at 8:14 and was super organized. TAFYH is not really demanding, 20 minutes of time daily is a small part of a day. And it turns out to be small and mighty.

Education: Wow! Every day is wow! Doing TAFYH is the best education anyone will ever do. This is not taught in our schools. It is not taught to all medical doctors. I know doctors are human, and that is exactly why this should be the first class on their curriculum. Everyone knows the importance of health. Including me. How we understand and perceive that statement is so different. Until you actually do TAFYH, I do not think you can grasp the level of health that is taught. This needs to be priority #1. I feel the education I have from this is invaluable.

Structure: It is brilliant how it is put together. The team, the calls, the commitments, journaling, cheering, health vision board, health plan, food, super foods, exercise, emotions, ionic breathing, the tag team, all of these things are needed to connect the dots. The whole structure reinforces the importance of whole-body health. Eating healthy food is important, but not the only thing we need to do to be healthy.

Commitment: The daily call is a big deal, and is very important to help us understand and for everything to sink in. I think it is so important to have the daily call to really “get it”. Fifteen or twenty minutes is not a huge commitment. The fact that it is daily is a commitment and one that is a privilege. I consider myself fortunate to have had this opportunity.

Implications: I am feeling better each week. I am so thankful for you, Donna. I had no idea I would feel this great. Before TAFYH, if someone asked how I was doing, I replied doing great. Now that I’ve done TAFYH, I realize that I was not anywhere near doing great. I had no idea. We have one son that has done the BSQ and is on a health plan that we did together. Our daughter is doing the smoothie every morning. My husband has said he wants to start the kidney flush one day a week. My niece with the fibroid is feeling better already. The implications will continue to grow.

Reaching Others: I have signed up 3 people to Nature’s Sunshine. Those 3 were leaning towards making healthy choices already, and now have a good place to buy their products. My tag team have asked questions and have been very interested and supportive. One friend did a diet plan for 6 weeks during the time I have been doing TAFYH. She told me that she had looked into TAFYH and that the diet plan she did was a much better program. I explained to her that TAFYH is much more than a diet and the name TAFYH describes it exactly, and that I wouldn’t compare the two because their purpose is different. I also said that I have tried diet plans and that TAFYH is without a doubt the best course I’ve done in 64 years. I wasn’t able to show her another perspective. I did feel very confident in proclaiming the merits of TAFYH. There are some that cannot see the power of herbs. Prior to doing TAFYH I would have just listened, and now I think differently. Now I think that if I speak up, I may possibly help someone.  Ahha’s:  No matter what our circumstances, periodically putting our attention on our heart and thinking and feeling gratitude for another person or up lifting situation will improve our heart rhythm, immune function, hormonal balance and quality of life.

Oxidation is the key to healthy cells.  A swelling can be the first step in the process of inflammation if there is an unhealthy lymphatic system.

Time:   I found the length of time (15-20 minutes) was adequate.   For me, the time of the call could have been a little earlier or later in the evening or even an early morning call.    

Participation: Having to participate on a call made all the difference to me in committing and completing the course.   It was nice to hear others share their medical issues and how they overcame them with using Nature’s Sunshine products, doing the cleanses and taking herbs.  Laughter within the group was inspiring.

Education: I learned so much throughout the course which will help me for years to come in my journey to better my health.  It will also help me to suggest to others that there are alternate ways to heal.

Structure:    Structure is always good for any course.  It worked well as it allowed everyone to know what was expected from them.  Having a time frame for the calls made it easy for everyone to block that time from their busy days.

Information: Information received was/is invaluable.  As we were provided with so much information in such a short period of time, I’m sure that I will be referring back to the sessions over and over again. It was great that we were able to print the sessions off for future use.   It was excellent to receive the fact sheets on the herbs.

Commitment:  I found it was easy to commit to 15 – 20 minutes for the evening call.  Having it set a certain time each evening worked well. It was great having to commit on doing the cleanses as I probably wouldn’t have done them otherwise. 

Application:  I feel I have a better understanding on how the body actually functions and how important it is to drink clean water and eat super foods.  

Reaching Others:  I feel I can now discuss with others what I have learned during this program.  On how the important it is to eat the right foods, taking the right supplements and taking control of your own health.

BSQ’s as a form of measurement:  This is a great tool to use when first starting the program.  It helps to pin point the areas for your health that need addressing.    I am looking forward to taking it again at the end of the program to see what and where there was improvement.  It is also a great way to start a conversation with others.  Have them fill out the form and see what areas they need to consider looking at.  If they are interested it’s a great way to tell them what you have learned.

Comments:  I am grateful for my daughter Shelly suggesting that I take the course.  I have learned a lot and look forward to seeing more improvements in my health as I continue to eat the right foods and take the herbs & supplements.

A – Activate:   Continue with my walking exercise of 10,000 or more steps per day.  Practice yoga stretching at home.  Continue ionic breathing morning, afternoon and evening outside in the fresh air.   

 

B – Build:  Continue eating super organic foods (green leafy vegetables, red meat, free range organic chicken, eggs and wild caught salmon).  Continue having two super smoothies each day which include the following ingredients:  organic spinach, organic blueberries & raspberries, Chinese Mineral Chi, Ultimate Green Zone, Solstic Energy, Collagen and Arginine Plus.  Use healthy oils to help raise my body temperature and build muscles.   Take a daily probiotic to promote balance of good bacteria to counteract the bad bacteria.

TAFYH EVALUATION: SHELLY LUNDGREN - March 2021 TEAM 59 AH-HA Moments: One choice can change your life. Think about that. One choice, just one, can change your life forever. Simply put, your life today is what your choices have made it, but with new choices, you can change directions this very moment. From 1984 to 1988 the Peruvian physician treated 700 patients with 14 types of cancer successfully using Cat’s Claw and other herbs The lymph fluids that bathe the outside of all the cells for moving out debris become stagnant and thick and they just are not able to move waste debris out efficiently Not only are you cleansing debris from the liver/gall bladder with this cleanse but also you are ridding your body from possible stored emotions of anger and frustration and strengthening the emotion of love. “There are only 2 ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”

 Time: Worked fine for me. Able to get thru dinner and then have the call. 

Participation: Great to have the whole group chime in thru the calls and not just have it as a lecture format. It really gives the program a sense of teamwork. Personally, I think it would be totally fine to just group the check lists of “did you drink your smoothie, do ionic breathing, journal, eat the right foods, take your supplements, exercise, etc” in one “YES I DID” instead of 3 rounds per person as it does get a little long in the process to get thru that portion of the call. 

Education: I found it a good resource for people to then take the lessons excerpts and quotes and information and research the topics further on their own. Having the quotes and statements the we made by certain doctors and professionals was great so you knew who said or believed what so you could taek it upon yourself to look into each topic further and find there articles, websites, books etc and do further learning on your own time. Structure: The layout of the course was great. Easy to follow. Easy to understand.

 Information: I found it to have a lot of small articles that that gave quotes and statements that would be best followed up by the students finding the source and reading the author, doctor or scientists full article or book to see how they arrived at their findings so you had a far greater understanding but it was great to get a base that touched on so many topics. Time does not allow in-depth studies on so many facets of health, that would be a full time mutli year endeavor! Luckily, I was familiar with many of the topics from my own research over the past 3 years but it was great to see my findings and people I agreed with to be such a big part of the program. That left me with a far better sense that I was on a good path and now I have even more articles and topics to explore and learn about on my own time. 

Commitment: Totally doable. Easy to be committed to doing so many things that make you feel better about yourself both mentally, physically and emotionally. If you aren’t ready to commit to these simple diet & lifestyle changes, then your not ready to change. 

Application: Easy enough to apply... take some supplements, make a smoothie, do some exercise of your choosing, be grateful do some healthy breathing, do a little journaling, create some positive emotions, and connect with a support team for support ... easy squeezy zambizi! 

Reaching Others: I have found over the 3 years of my transformation and healing journey that the best way to “reach” others is to just let them see the results. No one wants to be preached to, harped on or compared to so saying nothing but letting them ask you questions “ how did you lose so much weight?”, “why does your skin glow?”, “ where do you get all your energy?” and then you can share. Opinions are like toothbrushes... we all have one so there is no need to share... unless someone forgot theirs. Or asks for yours. 

BSQ as a form of measurement: I like it. Makes people take a good look at what’s really going on. You forget how you feel sometimes because you are so used to it. Great to have it on paper and see the correlation of what your symptoms mean to your organs and body systems. Paints a much better picture of what’s really going on inside your body and mind. 

Comments: I think the course is informative, fun and affordable for most people to get a glimpse into a better way to treat their body and best of all... how THEY are in charge, not their so called doctor or the drugs they push down your throat. Empowering people with information and letting them know THEY are responsible for what they put into and onto their bodies, and that they are in charge of the quality of their health, happiness and life is invaluable. Why accept poor health from a failing/corrupt medical system when you can take action for your health and be responsible for how you look, act and feel... is it really anyone else’s job anyway? Also  how Dr Linus Pauling found in 1970 “You can trace every disease ailment to a mineral deficiency.” How body temperature affects so many bodily processes, and that only a half degree can affect your immune system by 35%. Yet, through the the understanding of say the Chinese Constitutional elements, and how the are directly linked to the body (physical, emotional and processes) and through the use of super foods like Chinese Mineral Chi Tonic or red foods (like red meat) with relation to the fire element as an example…we can turn these issues around.

2.      Time; I found the length of time to be a bit to short (for myself). I enjoyed how quick some of the lessons were and how we were given something to look forward to at the end of our day. Spending time with other people to hear their revelations and struggles encouraged me that we are not alone in the endeavor to gain better health!!!!! I also found that being with a group of like-minded individuals…created the need to be accountable for our participation as well as our support. Woohoo team 59!!

3.      Education; I so enjoyed the learning…so much so that I am now looking into becoming an herbalist. With my background in sports as well as being a life coach for people…learning to take action for your own health is a paramount addition to that type of support. This includes family, friends and friends to be.

 4.      Structure; I enjoyed the structure…the points of view of others makes you see things that you would miss through your own narrow field if view. As some ancients writings state, “out of the mouths of two or three comes wisdom…” Also the use of more than one teaching mode (hearing, reading, speaking) really encourages retention.  

5.      Commitment; Being committed to the group, was at the start daunting. But, over the course of the programs weeks it was a pleasure to share with and receive what was seen or going on in my teammates lives. Which in turn created more commitment to make sure you were ready for each class. And in turn has compelled me to look deeper into the use of nutrition and its us in our lives and the lives of others.

6.      Implications; there were over the course of the program many things that parroted other teachings I had come across. And yet there were many lessons that I had never heard before that made logical sense. There is a sense of freedom from the tyranny of the medical system for the health side of my life. Knowing that we have access and understanding to now help ourselves and others brings a sense of relief, hope and peace!!!!!

7.      Reaching Others; I definitely want to help others and will continue to absorb the information we have been given. But also continuing to develop a greater knowledge base that will be transferable to others.

8.      BSQ’s as form of measurement; I found this tool quite useful…I have yet to use it with someone but I do refer to it in my conversations with people about evaluating their own health and that at any time we could go over it if they so choose.

Health Plan

1.     Vision of health

a.  My body is full of energy, vitality and contentment. I am at a most favorable weight and all of my bodies systems are functioning in harmony. I am in peace!!! I have an amazing wife who I am passionate about and two young boys who are amazing. I am experiencing; love, well-being, good cheer, good health and blessings.

2.     New ABCDE Therapeutic nutrition plan

a.       A – continue with cats claw combo, weightlifting and walking and ionic breathing.

b.      B – continue to eat the right foods, and having a smoothie twice a day

                                                              i.       Red - Chinese mineral chi tonic Yellow - MCT Oil White - Collagen Blue - water and berries Green - green Zone Stixated, lugol’s solution

c.       C - psyllium hulls LBS 11, chlorophyll & water

d.      D - Haptic - Liv-C, and continue using Protease plus three times a day, but also include capsicum to raise body temp and include K-C of the water element to address the edema in my legs.

e.       E - express gratitude that with proper nutrition my body will heal itself!

3.     I will meet and consult with Donna to re-evaluate where I am at and make any adjustments. I will continue to development my knowledge base by learning more about natural health remedies.
