TAFYH Evaluation
Ahha’s: Ahha moments are the best. Antoine Bechamp
1890’s researcher, biologist. A deficiency of mineral elements allows morbid
waste matter to accumulate. The atmosphere we breathe normally is full of
positive and negative ions. The creative center of your brain is your frontal
lobe and now with this visual blueprint in mind, you switch your brain into
action. Calmness in your self-directedness is your strength. Focused thought is
your mastery. Taking responsible action is your power. Success is your destiny.
And this you must know. It is the law. Your brain rebuilds itself in 1 year.
Scientific research is now giving us yet another reason to reconsider the
merits of our daily bread. The most important part of herbology is the
combination of herbs that complement each other so they can synergistically be
used for the healing and tightening and toning of specific organs and glands.
Dr. Linus Pauling, Father of Vitamin C, 1970’s, “You can trace every disease
ailment to a mineral deficiency.” Oxidation is the key to healthy cells. Note
that there will never be a cure for the cold because the cold is the cure in
and of itself. Every element in the Chinese Constitution is related to
emotions; a positive emotion and a negative emotion.
Time: The evening class worked out great. I wasn’t
sure when I signed up. I liked having it at the end of a day. Also, loved that
it started exactly at 8:14 and was super organized. TAFYH is not really
demanding, 20 minutes of time daily is a small part of a day. And it turns out
to be small and mighty.
Education: Wow! Every day is wow! Doing TAFYH is the
best education anyone will ever do. This is not taught in our schools. It is
not taught to all medical doctors. I know doctors are human, and that is
exactly why this should be the first class on their curriculum. Everyone knows
the importance of health. Including me. How we understand and perceive that
statement is so different. Until you actually do TAFYH, I do not think you can
grasp the level of health that is taught. This needs to be priority #1. I feel
the education I have from this is invaluable.
Structure: It is brilliant how it is put together.
The team, the calls, the commitments, journaling, cheering, health vision
board, health plan, food, super foods, exercise, emotions, ionic breathing, the
tag team, all of these things are needed to connect the dots. The whole
structure reinforces the importance of whole-body health. Eating healthy food
is important, but not the only thing we need to do to be healthy.
Commitment: The daily call is a big deal, and is very
important to help us understand and for everything to sink in. I think it is so
important to have the daily call to really “get it”. Fifteen or twenty minutes
is not a huge commitment. The fact that it is daily is a commitment and one
that is a privilege. I consider myself fortunate to have had this opportunity.
Implications: I am feeling better each week. I am so
thankful for you, Donna. I had no idea I would feel this great. Before TAFYH,
if someone asked how I was doing, I replied doing great. Now that I’ve done
TAFYH, I realize that I was not anywhere near doing great. I had no idea. We
have one son that has done the BSQ and is on a health plan that we did
together. Our daughter is doing the smoothie every morning. My husband has said
he wants to start the kidney flush one day a week. My niece with the fibroid is
feeling better already. The implications will continue to grow.
Reaching Others: I have signed up 3 people to
Nature’s Sunshine. Those 3 were leaning towards making healthy choices already,
and now have a good place to buy their products. My tag team have asked
questions and have been very interested and supportive. One friend did a diet
plan for 6 weeks during the time I have been doing TAFYH. She told me that she
had looked into TAFYH and that the diet plan she did was a much better program.
I explained to her that TAFYH is much more than a diet and the name TAFYH
describes it exactly, and that I wouldn’t compare the two because their purpose
is different. I also said that I have tried diet plans and that TAFYH is
without a doubt the best course I’ve done in 64 years. I wasn’t able to show
her another perspective. I did feel very confident in proclaiming the merits of
TAFYH. There are some that cannot see the power of herbs. Prior to doing TAFYH
I would have just listened, and now I think differently. Now I think that if I
speak up, I may possibly help someone. Sheena wrote, “My thoughts here are,
“How many times has an angel left an offering for you and you refused it.”” Her
words are fascinating and give us all a lesson.
BSQ’s as form of measurement: This is an excellent
tool to help organize the health into systems. It helped to teach and educate
me. I did not know the body systems and this was very helpful especially at the
beginning. Now I have completed it a second time and it is nice to see the
improvement.
Comments: I feel blessed to have come into contact
with you and I am immensely grateful for this course that you have created. If
I had a wish, it would be for every single person to learn and do TAFYH. I
really do believe that TAFYH is the best thing that I have ever done. Thank
